Founder | Wellness Advocate| Empowerment Leader

Stacy Atwater Jones is a visionary leader redefining women’s and youth programming through a lens of health, hope, and healing. With a heart for those navigating life after loss and setbacks, Stacy brings over three decades of experience in education, workforce development, and holistic wellness to her work.

A proud graduate of Morgan State University, Stacy began her career as an elementary school educator, where she quickly rose to leadership as a First Grade Team Leader in Howard County Public Schools. Her early success was marked by a natural gift for connection and an unwavering belief in purpose-driven service.

When her mother was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in 1996, Stacy made the life-changing decision to step away from her teaching career to make herself available for her mother. This experience became the catalyst for her journey into caregiving advocacy and wellness entrepreneurship.

In 1998, she joined the Woodland Job Corps Center as a Career Counselor, eventually serving in several director and corporate roles over a 17-year tenure. Her leadership in Job Corps helped shape the futures of countless young adults while preparing her for the launch of her own wellness initiatives.

In 2015, after balancing a demanding career and serving as the primary caregiver for her father, Stacy made the decision to retire from the Job Corps program to become a full-time caregiver. It was during this deeply personal season that she felt called to launch a health and wellness business rooted in compassion and purpose. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in education and workforce development, she began building a holistic brand focused on healing and transformation.

From that vision, Transformations Health and Healing was born. A strong advocate for proper training and preparation, Stacy pursued multiple industry certifications to ensure she could serve her clients with excellence. She now holds credentials as a Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Exercise Therapist, MS Fitness and Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, and is certified in both Personal Care and Alzheimer’s Care through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Caregiver University.

Her mission is simple yet profound: to transform one life at a time through personalized, non-judgmental, and empowering wellness support.

Stacy’s successful launch of Transformations Health and Healing sparked her deep passion for empowering women in their holistic growth. This passion gave rise to Wholeness— a supportive space where women can find motivation, strength, and encouragement in their spiritual journeys.

Driven by her unwavering commitment, Wholeness became an officially recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2020.

In 2022, Stacy led the organization through a strategic rebranding to better reflect the full scope of its mission and services.

Through this transformation, Wholeness Corporation—now operating as the Wellness Bridge Foundation—has expanded its offerings to include health and wellness programs tailored for women navigating life’s challenges, while also introducing initiatives for youth and men. This evolution reflects Stacy’s deep commitment to a holistic, inclusive approach to well-being.

Today, Stacy is the founder of Transformations Health and Healing, Wellness Bridge Foundation (Walk by Faith Breast Cancer Support Services) and Wholeness Healing Network, organizations dedicated to empowering women and youth through holistic wellness, encouragement, and practical support. She is certified in Senior Fitness, Cancer Exercise , Exercise Therapy, Nutrition, Personal Care, and more—bringing both professional expertise and personal compassion to every program she leads.

Through every chapter, Stacy remains guided by one mission: to transform lives with grace, dignity, and a deep commitment to health and wellness.
