Whether you’re going to your first breast care screening, mammogram appointment, or monthly check-up, Marian’s MammoRide can help. 

 

At Walk by Faith, we understand that the ride to and from the clinic can be challenging. We've partnered with Uber Health to develop a ride assistance program for you. The ride-share app allows us to conveniently book rides for residents of Maryland and surrounding areas.

 

We provide free transportation to breast cancer appointments so you can receive quality care and medical attention without worrying about the cost. Enjoy a safe and comfortable journey alone or with a companion.

 

How Does It Work?

Access breast healthcare services with our cost-free riding assistance program.

 

​Step 1: Introduce Yourself 

 

Fill out the request form or book a consultation with Marian’s MammoRide Coordinator to discuss the details.

 

Step 2: Get Enrolled

 

​A WBF representative will reach out to walk you through the program. Learn how to book free transportation to breast cancer appointments based on your unique needs. After you complete the paperwork for enrollment, you will have access to our services.

 

​Step 3: Book a Ride

 

Our ride coordinator contacts approved enrollees to schedule an Uber Health ride. Please notify us about upcoming appointments 48 hours before the scheduled time so we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

Need a Companion for the Ride?

You don’t have to deal with everything alone.

 

Our Sisters Helping Sisters program offers companion services as an add-on to the free transportation to breast cancer appointments. A trained companion will accompany you during screening, breast exams, and follow-up visits to provide moral support, coordinate rides, and even pick up prescriptions.
